Background

Food is my foundation. The culinary profession has shaped both my hands and my heart, but my journey has taken me far beyond the kitchen – from competition stables in Idaho to Michelin-starred kitchens in New York City and hospitality management studies in Switzerland. These experiences and encounters have given me a deeper perspective on true hospitality.

Today, Stockamöllan and my family’s farm, Backamark, are my home turf once again. It is here, surrounded by family, horses, and the forest, that my ideas come to life. Hagarnas is all about creating moments that truly resonate. With unexpected details, personal touches, and atmospheres that linger, I want to offer experiences that go far beyond the traditional and standardized.
